As aSales Specialist for our Pilates Studio, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with businesses and organizations within our target market. Your role will involve identifying potential corporate clients, understanding their needs, and crafting tailored Pilates-based wellness programs to meet their requirements. Through effective communication and collaboration, you will drive B2B sales, promote our studio's services, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Answer to social media messages, generate leads and close deals.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Searching for new potential clients.
• Find companies for collaboration, in order to make corporate clients
• Intense collaboration with SMM department.

Պահանջներ

• Higher education
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Excellent knowledge of the Armenian language, knowledge of the Russian and English languages
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Sales skills
• Smart decision-making, problem-solving and organizational skills, be detail-oriented
• Strong negotiation skills  Strong critical and flexible thinking
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Representation skills
