Description

Reputable US based employer with many years experience working with Armenians. Earn your income in the stable US dollar while working from home.

We are looking for someone who has excellent written and spoken English, loves a fast paced environment, can keep track of and manage a list of 10-20+ 'to dos' at any one time, and wants to make a big impact in a small company.

This is a full time operations and administration position, working remotely, in US EST hours- 9am-6pm EST. This will require you to make phone calls.

If you like to work hard, like managing/organizing/coordinating things and can handle a fast paced, high pressure environment, you'd make an awesome addition to our team! If you can't handle pressure and stress well, this is not the job for you

Must have excellent written and spoken English - as close to USA as possible.

Remuneration:

  • Payment via bank transfer paid on the 15th & last day of the month in USD.
  • Monthly pay, at target with bonuses is $1,400- $2,000 a month, paid in USD
  • Base salary of $1,200-$1,400 plus bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Helping out with implementing new and better systems where needed
  • Overseeing that all processes are followed in all aspects of the business and making sure everything goes through the correct sequences with high accountability
  • Taking anything needed off business owners plate to make him more effective
  • Creating and implementing Procedures within the office
  • Responding to lender, title company, realtor requests
  • Transaction Coordination with real estate purchase and sales

  • Manage data in our CRM

Required qualifications

  • Working hours
    • Must be able to work 09h00 to 18h00 EST (17h00 to 02h00(am))
  • We will provide you with a VoIP number and a VPN to call from but you must have reliable and fast internet
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English - as close to USA as possible

To be Considered:
