Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to become a part of our dynamic team at Team2b. Take the next step in your career by leading our sales efforts and driving our company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the presence of the company's product range in the market
  • Conduct customer engagement and active sales
  • Provide complete product information to customers
  • Market research
  • Prepare and submit sales reports.
  • Searching for new potential clients and establish contacts with new partners
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Generate leads and close deals
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's own time
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • Proficiency in Armenian, at least intermediate knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Computer skills, good knowledge of MS Office
  • Sales and representation skills
  • Familirity with CRM systems and automation of processes
