Procurement Specialist

AAB Construction is looking for a Procurement specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions;
• Compare prices among various in order to analyze prices and make beneficial decisions for the company;
• Process purchase requests and orders within the company and with the suppliers;
• Create a working relationship with suppliers to be able to communicate and work with them when needed;
• Work with the purchasing and accounting team to resolve any invoice pricing issues;
• Work with external stakeholders to determine for special equipment to be purchased;
• Monitor the contract performance, including warranty and damages;
• Carry on negotiation for signing new agreements with suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Business administration or related field;
• Proven working experience as a Procurement specialist;
• Understanding of road construction equipment types and spare parts will be considered as an advantage;
• Strong understanding of business processes;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
