Incoming Tour Manager

Job Description

"Yerani Travel" is looking for a highly motivated Incoming Tour Manager to join our company’s Sales team, to carry out sales of all services offered by the company (group and individual tours, transfers, tour packages, accommodation, social packages, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

• Offer the best options to the clients, to meet their wants and needs
• Create tour packages
• Communicate with clients politely and professionally
• Provide the clients with complete information about the provided services, both verbally and in written form
• Maintain correspondence with guests

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills(both verbal and written) in English and Russian
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel in particular
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to meet the deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure
