EcoVille Solar technologies is looking for an energetic Call Center Specialist .
EcoVille has been operating since 2015. We have more than 200 talented people sharing the same values and mission in our team. EcoVille LLC introduces solar-powered photovoltaic and solar water heater systems. We are specialized in consulting, design, installation, warranty and post-warranty services.
Being headquartered in Armenia, the company is expanding internationally, more specifically two branches have been established: in the USA and in Georgia.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Reply to incoming calls, providing customers with complete information about solar systems, pricing and sales conditions
-Make cold calls and set appointments for salespeople
-Accept online orders
-Process and enter the information into the system
-Follow the rules for answering phone calls
-Attract new customers and provide information
-Fix customer problems and process the information received through various means of communication
-Cooperate with marketing and sales teams
-Prepare reports about incoming and outbound calls, feedbacks and results.
QUALIFICATION
-Bachelor’s degree (preferably in sales or psychology)
-Perfect oral and written knowledge of English (preferably a native speaker)
-Be open for accepting comments regarding call handling skills
-Excellent oral expression and communication skills
-Team work and sociability
-Ability to listen
-Resistance in stress
-Customer centric personality
-Knowledge of MS Office and Internet navigation skills
