Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, Milkshakes and Smoothies.
• Ensure quality control by following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate espresso machines and other equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
