Sales Specialist

Description

Sovrano Company is looking for a motivated sales specialist who will improve sales and overall business growth.

Responsibilities

• Managing A&P budget.
• Ensure availability and visibility of the company’s brands on the shelf
• Improve current merchandising plan or develop a new one
• Develop off-trade concepts
• Work with off-trade channels
• Prepare market analysis for changes in assortment, promo support and shelf space
• Make recommendations to company leaders for improving overall sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales sphere
• Experience of working with off-trade channels
• High level of Inter personal skills
• Strong understanding of consumer & trade customer insights
• Excellent communication & influencing skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
