Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Rockstar/Brand Manager/Sales Specialist or whatever you want to call it, we just need a real team player, enthusiastic about wine, who will help us to grow and have an excellent relationship with our clients in Armenia.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit potential clients (wine bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. ) and properly introduce our wines
• Develop and maintain strong and positive communication with the clients/customers
• Constantly do on-time follow-ups on potential partnership leads
• Research prospects (mainly in HoReCa segment) and reach out to them in-person (sometimes by phone)
• Track leads on online platforms and constantly update the data.
• Take orders by phone and electronically and process accordingly
• Manage inventory data
• Keep up to date with the industry trends and thoroughly understand our wines and tour packages to generate the brand awareness
• Participate in business meetings with partners (mainly foreign) on cooperation whenever it’s required
• Analyze the local market’s potential and design an action plan
• Provide general support and actively participate in brand-events

Required qualifications

• Management skills, with the ability to quickly build strong relationships
• A can-do attitude and ability to take care of the business without consistent supervision
• Strong oral communication and negotiation skills to convey information effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, time management and social perceptiveness skills
• A self-motivated disposition, enhanced by a passion for creative thinking
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, a very good knowledge of English and Russian
• Experience with technology tools such as Google Docs, Trello and Slack
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
• Enthusiasm about wine is a must! 🍷
