Recruiter / Sales Expert

Eurojobs - a reputable agency specialising in legal employment in Europe, is looking for a salesperson with experience in direct (client facing) sales. The Candidate will be responsible for conducting the sales (recruitment) process from the hot lead to signing the Client and assisting in travel to work destination and onboarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Selling services of legal employment abroad
• Managing the sales pipeline and working on improving efficiency of the process
• Conducting personal interviews with potential Clients (people interested in work abroad)
• Processing employment documentation of the signed Client
• Supporting Clients in travel arrangements and onboarding in target work destination
• Supervising team of junior recruiters (after trial period)

DIGITAL TOOLS REQUIREMENTS:

• G Suite for Business and Teams
• Productivity: Slack, Asana
• Analytical: Excel, Google Sheets
• General: Zoom.us, etc

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills
• Min. 2 years of work in sales with direct interactions with customers
• Experience in sales of products / services related to career development / adult education is a plus
• Good work organisation
