Job responsibilities

The largest coffee shop chain in Armenia is looking for a Recruiter who can bring value to the company and contribute to the company's growth. A number of interesting projects beneficial for us are waiting for you.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards;
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc;
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within deadlines;
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events;
• Collaborate with Company Management to identify current and future hiring needs;
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;

Required qualifications

• Higher Education;
• Proven work experience in a relevant position;
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference, check);
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to perform and meet goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good decision-making skills.
