Import Specialist

Description

Sapsan Trade LLC is seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill the position of Import Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import processes;
• Monitor work according to corporate and local policies;
• Evaluate all-new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures;
• Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes;
• Prepare final import documents;
• Organize the transportation of goods, and find new transportation;
• Negotiate with clients and find new brands for them;
• Perform other job-related functions assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Higher education
• Previous work experience in the same position will be an advantage;
• Reliable and self-motivated person;
• Good communication skills;
• Teamwork skills;
• Ability to find solutions in tense situations;
• Basic understanding of sales principles;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
