Description
Carrefour Armenia is looking for a highly-motivated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper conservation, utilization and profitability of department Assets.
- Develop HR strategies.
- Participate in the development and protection of the company’s “Know-How”.
- Ensure that MAF-Carrefour HR image adds value to employees and external bodies.
- Plan and implemet a recruitment process, interview and hire new candidates.
- Guarantee the means of internal communication and their contents in the country.
- Prepare all preliminary data prior to payroll processing, including checking and computing of timesheets and deductions
- Payroll processing includes data entry, printing and checking preliminary reports.
- Preparation of employees’ full and final settlement in line with group personnel policies and RA Labor legislation.
- Be a model of application of the MAF-Carrefour management system and Carrefour corporate policies.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR Manager (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Degree in HR or related field
- Excellent knowledge of English language (both verbal and written) and MS office
- In-depth knowledge of the Labor Code of the RA
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Strong ethics and reliability
- strong leadership skills
