Sales Manager (Arabic speaker)

Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Arabic-Speaking Sales Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and possess a proven track record in sales management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Arabic-speaking countries.
• Reach out to potential clients in the Arabic-speaking market through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Stay informed about our products/services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
• Collaborate with team members and sales managers to share insights and best practices.

Requirements

• Arabic being mother tongue is mandatory.
• Previous experience in sales (1+ years), customer service, or a related field is required.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Additional Notes

• 5/2 work schedule with working hours discussed daily, each day for 8 hours.
• Comfortable workspace in an open-space office in the center of Yerevan.
