The Data Processing Team Leader will be responsible for managing data processing team members, ensuring that daily processes are
accurate and correct by interacting with associates and conducting data monitors.
The Data Processing Team Leader will be responsible for analyzing daily,
weekly and monthly reports of team member’s performance and
communicating results to management.
Job responsibilities:
- Establishment of procedures;
- Organization, distribution of the different daily tasks;
- Coaching team, work distribution;
- Daily reporting;
- Monitoring work quality, work progress.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Work experience as a Team Leader or as Supervisor;
- Experience with Internet/Web related applications is a plus;
- Experience in writing procedures;
