To be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of NGO “Bridge of Hope” regional and country level projects.
Job responsibilities:
• To develop M&E plan and implement the unified M&E system in collaboration with BoH project teams.
• Introduce and monitor implementation of BoH projects and provide feedback to project coordinators and managers.
• To coordinate and update monthly data collection and analysis of project related statistics and submit monthly report per project to project coordinators.
• To assist in the compilation of 6 monthly Performance Reporting.
• To undertake monitoring visits to project sites to assess progress against approved M&E Plan.
• To support the design and implementation of baseline surveys according to the approved work plan,
• To work closely with project staff to conduct regular project reviews, the Mid Term Reviews and Final Evaluation.
• To contribute to organisational learning by preparing and disseminating data, lessons learned, good practices and statistical, qualitative, and anecdotal evidence provided by activities of BoH projects to stakeholders.

Required qualifications:
The post holder must have a degree in a social science.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to train / coach staff and give occasional presentations.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills including analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills required to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent Information Technology skills.
• Fluent English essential.
