Travel agency based in The Netherlands is currently setting up a new office in Yerevan and has a vacancy for the function of System Administrator (SA). based on the provided specification effectively and efficiently provision, install/configure, and insure operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. The SA should also participate in technical research and development, necessary for continues innovation of the infrastructure. The SA should ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures are developed and maintained according to organizational standards. |

| Job responsibilities: |
|
• Install servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs; including performing backups, upgrades and configurations of software, installing/maintaining computer hardware and network systems, responding to questions about technical problems and improving efficiency.
• Coordinate and monitor troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems and ensure continuous operation.
• Work with partners concerning call center, booking, billing and accounting software installations and web site implementation.
• Handle systems security issues.
• Secure the continues operations of all software systems and solutions for uninterrupted functioning of the Call Center, including inbound and outbound calls, according to the set technical requirements.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage the resources and provide economies of scale.
• Assist the Team with technical issues in initiation, planning and operation stages; including definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy, research & development within the project, technical analysis and design, and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions.
• Interpret and/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues. May resolve problems within established practices.
• Provides occasional guidance, some of which is technical.

| Required qualifications: |
|
• Higher education
• At least 3 year experience in a related field
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English.
• Strong team working and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention to not allow any self-made errors or faults to occur
• Advanced ability of building and configuring machines and hardware troubleshooting
• System administration certification (preferable)
• Ability to work under pressure
• High sense of responsibility
