Description:   Travel agency based in The Netherlands is currently setting up a new office in Yerevan and has 6 vacancies for the function of Customer Support representatives. We are looking for Customer Support Representatives who is fluent in one of the languages such as English, French, Spanish, Russian, Dutch, and German, to join our young and dynamic team.
Job responsibilities:   • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Processing online reservations, controlling online payments, issuing tickets and handling changes and cancellations of the reservations
• Monitoring confirmed website bookings and making sure documentation are correct.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls concerning flight, hotel and car reservations, mainly in the language of your market area.
• Responsible for the content and newsletter of your target group.

Required qualifications:   • Higher education
• Ability to write and express yourself very well in the target language.
• Native speaker of Armenian Language and excellent knowledge of at least one of the following languages; English, France, Spanish, Russian, Dutch and German.
• Advanced knowledge of PC (MS Office, Internet)
• Strong team working and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passionate about Customer Care.
• A clear speaking voice.
• Ability to work under pressure
• High sense of responsibility
• Conflict resolving skills.
• Multi tasking
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of Air ticket reservation system (Galileo, Amadeus or Gabriel) software will be considered a valuable asset.
• Experience in a call center or touristic branches is preferred, but not required
