Job responsibilities:   - Receive calls and answer questions about products and services;
- Advise customers on products;
- Process orders through phone calls and Internet.

Required qualifications:   - Higher Education;
- Work-related experience;
- Clear, fluent and literate speech;
- Proficiency in Russian and English languages;
- Computer and internet skills (required);
- Ability to remain calm and polite while multi-tasking multiple phone lines;
- Demonstrate an audible, friendly, professional, and well-mannered speaking voice
- Flexibility and sense of responsibility;
- Communicative and quick-thinking skills.
