ILSIS Consulting is looking for a well-organized and dynamic social media specialist who will deliver the company’s Social Media strategies, programs and campaigns, also work on the company websites’ SEO.
This position requires a full-time involvement. The social media specialist will work in cooperation with the ILSIS Consulting respective team under the coordination of the company Caucasus Associate and supervision of the ILSIS CIS Regional Director.

| Job responsibilities: |
|
• Develop and execute our group’s SMM strategies and define daily action plan, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s products and services.
• Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activites. Daily duties include brainstorming on content orientation and content creating, online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
• Work on ILSIS group’s websites SEO.
• Manage presence in social networking sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed
• Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
• Accurately document and track customer issues and resolutions while proactively identifying trends.

| Required qualifications: |
|
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
• At least 2 years of working experience in the field.
• SEO skills is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
• Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
• Public relations, Marketing, Sales, Community Management experience, a plus
• Strong written communication skills in English, Armenian and Russian languages is a must.
• Knowledge of French and/or Georgian languages is a plus
• Ability to work simultaneously on several projects.
• Ability to work within a team and with online colleagues, taking and sharing initiatives.
• Leading skills is a plus.
