This one-day training will help participants find meaning in work, practice praise at work place, explore the sources and types of Motivation, set and make goals by heeding upon individual differences and traits. Other than that, participants of the course will explore the methodologies and techniques of job rewards, recognition, and enrichment. Besides, several theoretical approaches will be introduced such as Maslow's Hierarchy Theory, Hertzberg's Hygiene Theory, Theory X and Y by D. McGregor, as well as W. Ouchi's Theory Z. Additionally, practical cases will be examined such as Japanese management and ‘Energizers' by W. Baker.

Methodology:
This training is extremely communicative and learning-centered the major focus of which is the participant. A lot of space will be given to in-class discussions. Moreover, the training is a blend of introduction of various scholarly approaches and practical references. Role plays , pair/group work, case studies and simulations aimed at improving group dynamics are employed in this course.

Artak is a certified Trainer in Human Resource Management, Production Management, and Marketing, has successfully participated in more than a dozen executive training programs both in Europe (Germany, UK, France, Croatia, Italy) and the USA. Artak has years of extensive experience in training, lecturing, and coaching.
