This one-day training (total 4 hours) will introduce the concepts and methods necessary for forming and sustain a successful and harmonious team.
• How to transform group of people to a team of motivated individuals;
• How to recognize and establish roles within a team;
• How to improve and maximize team efficiency;
All this and much more will be addressed in this training.

Methodology:
This training is extremely communicative and learning-centered the major focus of which is the participant. A lot of space will be given to in-class discussions. Moreover, the training is a blend of introduction of various scholarly approaches and practical references. Role plays , pair/group work, case studies and simulations aimed at improving group dynamics are employed in this course.

For the past 8 years he has been in managerial positions such as Head of Departments for Development Programs, Trainings and Professional Development, International Projects, Grants,
Artak is a certified Trainer in Human Resource Management, Production Management, and Marketing, has successfully participated in more than a dozen executive training programs both in Europe (Germany, UK, France, Croatia, Italy) and the USA. Artak has years of extensive experience in training, lecturing, and coaching.
