AUA Extension Program announces a modular managerial training program.
These modules are designed such to support participants in reveal ing their potential and their strengths .After each Module you will be able to turn the acquired skills into professional habit s and behavior.The focus of this Modular Training is the current trends in management skills and capacities:
- Stress Management
- Time Management
- Problem Solving
- Communication Skills
- Teambuilding
- Motivation
The program is flexible and allows you to choose the modules you are interested in.
Methodology:
These trainings are extremely communicative and learning-centered the major focus of which is the participant. A lot of space will be given to in-class discussions. Moreover, the trainings are a blend of introduction of various scholarly approaches and practical references. Role plays , pair/group work, case studies and simulations aimed at improving group dynamics are employed in this course.

Prerequisite: Participants\\\' English Proficiency should be at high–intermediate level.

Problem Solving - May 18, 14:00 - 18:00
Communication Skills - June 1, 14:00 - 18:00
Teambuilding - June 3, 14:00 - 18:00
Motivation - June 6, 14:00 - 18:00
Fee for each Module is: 9950AMD (VAT inclusive)

Registration:
To register you can either fill in an application form at the Extension Office front desk or
e-mail/bring completed one.Tuition – in cash – is paid at AUA Cashier\\\'s Office – PAB, 3rd floor,west wing, room 337.The cashier\\\'s office is open from 10:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
About the trainer:
Artak Aloyan got his MA degree from the American University of Armenia\\\'s School of Political Science and International Affairs in 2001. For the past 8 years he has been in managerial positions such as Head of Departments for Development Programs, Trainings and Professional Development, International Projects, Grants,
Artak is a certified Trainer in Human Resource Management, Production Management, and Marketing, has successfully participated in more than a dozen executive training programs both in Europe (Germany, UK, France, Croatia, Italy) and the USA. Artak has years of extensive experience in training, lecturing, and coaching. |
