The position will primarily be responsible for resolving customer issues and maintain clients’ information infrastructure. |
|
| Job responsibilities: |
|
- Receive, analyze, and resolve customers’ incidents;
- Maintain clients’ infrastructure and applications;
- Advise users on the operation of the equipment and software;
- Ensure the relevance of information in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
- Provide phone, email and web support.

| Required qualifications: |
|
- Higher education in relevant field;
- 3 year experience in sphere of technical support and systems administration;
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, technical knowledge of English ;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to communicate well with operations and technology;
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize personal workload;
- Detail oriented personality and self-starter;
- High knowledge and skills in Microsoft Products and computer hardware;
- Be skilled in design, installation, and troubleshooting of computers networks;
- Well knowledge of main network protocols;
- Have knowledge and experience with UNIX systems.
