Description:   JOB DESCRIPTION:
Interact with customers by Phone and Emails.
Develop software applications for internal use.
Create various simple web pages.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
- Must be able to work shift work (INCLUDING NIGHT SHIFT)
- Develop software applications for Customer Support team internal use to eliminate the routine and time consuming operations done manually
- Create various simple web pages for Company Customers
- Work with QA
- Debug issues on the web based on user reports, feedbacks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written English language.
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, and related web technologies
- Deep understanding of cross browser development issues (as well as their respective workarounds)
- Work experience with Photoshop;
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent;

Additional Requirements:
- Basic SEO knowledge is always a plus.
- C#, ASP.NET knowledge is a plus
- Flash/Flex development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 2 or more years of hands on experience in web design and development(alternatively, prove you know your stuff by showing off notable projects you've worked on)
